WeLab is seeking a proactive candidate for a frontline collections role focused on repayment plans and overdue account management. You will engage with customers, coordinate with vendors, and support documentation for efficient collections processes.

Joining WeLab means contributing to a fast-paced fintech environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with experience in personal loans considered a plus.

Formación

• F5 above with minimum 1 year working experience.
• Experience in personal loans industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and telephone conversation skills.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Handle face-to-face discussions with customer about repayment plan.
• Assist in daily collection activities and follow up collection actions with good knowledge in bankruptcy and IVA claim procedure. Analyze overdue customer’s status & reporting.
• Communicate with external vendor for completing invoice & checking.
• Handle internal documentation and supporting work.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
