Job summary

Auberge Hospitality is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee the club's security operations at Discovery Bay. You will lead access control, patrols and risk management, develop SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance across the security function.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, English and Cantonese fluency, and a Diploma or higher in Security Management or related field. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Security Management, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related work experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Holder of recognized security licenses; First Aid/ CPR certification is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong security laws and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to the General Manager and oversee club security, including access control, patrolling and risk management.
• Develop, implement and review SOPs and Policies & Procedures for operational excellence and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations to ensure safety for members, guests and staff.
• Liaise with government departments, law enforcement and marina stakeholders on security matters and crisis management.
• Supervise outsourced security team to ensure service quality and adherence to club standards.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.
