You will get broad exposure across CLP’s operations in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and other locations, acquire the skills and tools needed to prepare you for leading energy transition and digitalisation projects, as well as build a strong network with other graduates.
Upon successful completion of the programme and satisfactory performance, you will be offered a position in one of our engineering departments, leading to a career as an Engineering Manager and beyond. Many of our senior leaders began their careers in our Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme.
