Job summary

CLP Group invites applications for the CLP Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme 2027 in Hong Kong. The two-year intensive program offers broad exposure across CLP’s engineering operations in Hong Kong, the Mainland, and other locations, equipping you to lead energy transition and digitalisation projects while building a strong alumni network.

Upon successful completion, you may join an engineering department, progressing toward a career as an Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate (≤3 years' full-time work experience) with a Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Outstanding academic achievements
• Interest in data analytics, digital solutions and emerging technologies
• Willing to contribute to engineering innovation and operate in diverse teams, with readiness for shift/standby duties if required
