Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud and AI transformation initiatives for enterprise customers in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with customers, architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with quality governance.

You will drive risk management, track milestones and financial performance, and contribute to presales and delivery best practices while focusing on exceptional customer experiences and business

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Cloud and AI transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and budget.
• Experience with governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of Cloud and AI transformation projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
• Developing and managing project plans, delivery schedules, risks, dependencies, and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including architects, cloud engineers, AI specialists, and consultants to achieve delivery milestones.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, facilitating project reviews, status updates, stakeholder communications, and decision-making.
• Proactively managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and financial performance to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Contributing to presales activities, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across project management and delivery functions.
