Job summary

Ennovate Company Limited, Hong Kong's leading premium women-care and fertility medical service provider, seeks a positive Customer Service Officer to manage client relations and bookings. You will deliver high-quality support, propose personalized medical services, and assist with sales activities to drive client engagement.

The role requires at least a Higher Diploma or equivalent, 3 years in medical/aesthetics experience, and fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in any disciplines.
• At least 3 years of working experience in medical or aesthetics industry preferred.
• Good communications skills and command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide a proactive and sincere clinic visit experience to clients.
• Handle prospective clients' calls, enquiries and bookings.
• Provide personalized medical service proposals to prospective clients.
• Assist the company in handling all aspects of sales functions to customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
