Job summary

Entific Limited Clinic in Hong Kong is seeking a Clinic Assistant/Senior Clinic Assistant. You will greet patients, assist with registration, appointment making, billing, and follow-up scheduling, and help coordinate hospital admission logistics.

You will dispense medications with careful checking, handle instruments before and after use, manage inventory of medical supplies and place orders when needed, and send instruments or reports to hospital when required.

Qualifications

• HKDSE/HKCEE or above.
• Good customer service, phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good efficiency, hygiene awareness.
• Strong organizational skills; able to multi-task.
• Pleasant, cooperative, reliable and self-motivated.
• Fluent in Cantonese; English and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Working hours: 5.5 days per week, Sunday & public holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist patients registration, appointment making, billing and follow-up scheduling.
• Manage Patient's hospital admission logistics and coordinate resource allocation.
• Dispense medication with detail checking and explanation.
• Handle examination/surgical instruments before and after use.
• Perform inventory of medical supplies and place orders when needed.
• Send instruments/reports to hospital if needed.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks from Doctors or Management during daily operations.
