Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a product sales professional to execute client investment transactions and coordinate with Front Office for precise execution at a fast-paced private banking desk.

You will contribute to end-to-end trade processes, communicate product features and risks to clients, and assist advisors with research and marketing materials under guidance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Good understanding of and keen in financial and investment markets.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak Business Chinese will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute client investment transactions accurately across asset classes.
• Coordinate with Front Office for timely execution of client instructions.
• Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows with pricing, pre-trade checks, logs and execution.
• Communicate product features, risks, and execution-related information to clients per standards.
• Assist Investment Solutions Advisors with research, proposals, marketing materials and follow-up with ICs, RMs and clients.
• Support ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute client investment transactions accurately and efficiently across different asset classes.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely and precise execution of client instructions.
• Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows, including pricing, pre-trade checks, voice logging, and trade execution, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Communicate key product features, risks, and execution-related information to clients where required, in accordance with approved communication standards.
• As the role develops, assist Investment Solutions Advisors with research, proposals, marketing materials, and follow-up activities with ICs, RMs and clients under their guidance.
• Support ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
