Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Generalist, Business Management Support in Private Banking to assist Wealth Planners, prepare onboarding and marketing materials, and support trust administration while coordinating with trustees and bankers.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business or Finance, has 3+ years in private banking, excels in client service and communication, and is fluent in English and Chinese with Putonghua; the role is based on-site at One Island East

Responsibilities

• Liaise with all stakeholders including trustee, clients, and bankers, from trust setup to on-going administration of trusts
• Prepare weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports to Team Leads and management

We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long‑term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment, and financial solutions.

Responsibilities
