Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Customer Service Operations Coordinator in Hong Kong. The role oversees daily operations across concierge, security, activity rooms, parking and community facilities within the Catering Department, delivering exceptional service and achieving KPIs to enhance the guest experience.

You will greet Members and guests, manage inquiries, coordinate with engineering for repairs, handle bookings and office support, and contribute to a dynamic, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• A university degree or higher diploma in Hospitality from a leading hospitality institution.
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in hospitality operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer the daily operations of customer service functions across areas such as concierge, security, activity rooms, parking facilities, or community facilities.
• Administer the daily Members Services and Relations functions, maintaining high service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction and other KPIs.
• Handle general Members Services and Relations duties, including greeting Members and guests and dealing with feedback, enquiries, incidents, accidents, and operational irregularities.
• Handle concierge functions, including sales of Racing guest badges, Racing programme books, and coupons, and distribution of Member materials such as Racing packs.
• Manage inbound phone calls, in-person enquiries, Activity Rooms bookings, item pick-ups, Lost & Found properties, luggage or item storage, and fax and photocopy correspondence for Members.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team for repair and maintenance, handle newspaper and magazine arrangements, prepare event signage displays, and keep the Notice Board, Sub-committee Members’ Board, and poster information up to date.
• Administer resources and assets by maintaining existing resources and assets in good working condition at all times.
• Request equipment, furniture, and fixtures as required while adhering to the budget.
• Provide office and administrative support to the team in daily operations.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
