Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking a Client Services Executive - Credit Control to perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and reconciliation with clients and reinsurers.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, strong Excel skills, and 2–3 years in accounting within reinsurance or insurance. You will liaise with client managers, support reporting, and participate in system UAT as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Accounting/ Finance/ Business degree.
• At least 2-3 years relevant Accounting experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector preferred.
• Strong technical skills in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Good analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
• Good interpersonal skill
• Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and meticulous.
• Mature, independent, self-starter.
• Immediate available preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operation in account payable and receivable function.
• Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts with client & reinsurers
• Investigate if any discrepancies within the reconciliation and follow up with respective units
• Liaise with client manager to understand client’s needs and resolve accounting issues
• Participate in UAT for system projects in relating to system enhancement if required
• Assist managers on reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.
