Job summary

Aon Services Hong Kong is seeking a Credit Control Officer - Reinsurance. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

The role involves daily accounting operations in AP/AR, handling invoices, reconciliations with clients and reinsurers, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance/business degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience in reinsurance or insurance, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Graduate with Accounting/ Finance/ Business degree.
1-3 years relevant Accounting experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector preferred (Fresh grads welcomed).
Strong MS Excel skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and independent working abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting operations in accounts payable and receivable.
Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation with clients and reinsurers.
Investigate discrepancies in reconciliation and follow up with respective units.
Liaise with client manager to understand needs and resolve accounting issues.
Monitor with offshore handler on accounting or settlement issues; ensure quality output.
Participate in UAT for system projects and assist managers on reporting and ad-hoc tasks.
