Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ broking experience in the reinsurance industry.
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Identify and pursue new reinsurance business opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to drive growth.
• Prepare management reports for leadership.
• Ensure robust client plans for small and medium clients and prospects.
• Maintain accurate Hong Kong and Macau pipeline.
• Record meeting minutes with clients and reinsurers.
• Negotiate treaty contracts with reinsurers.
• Engage with client prospects and reinsurers in day-to-day activities.

What the day will look like

• Being responsible for the servicing of existing clients, increasing client intimacy and driving new reinsurance business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau
• Executing and contributing to strategic initiatives to achieve targeted growth
• Delivering the best of Aon United to clients
• Preparing Management reporting to leadership
• Ensure robust client plans are in place for small and medium clients & prospects
• Ensuring Hong Kong and Macau pipeline is accurate
• Ensuring all client and reinsurer meeting minutes are taken for the Hong Kong and Macau team
• Executing treaty contracts via reinsurer negotiation
• Engaging with client prospects and reinsurers at day to day working level
