Job summary

Aon plc in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Services Executive - Credit Control to manage daily accounting operations for payables and receivables, and to handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliations with clients and reinsurers.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of accounting experience in reinsurance/insurance, strong MS Excel skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and detail-oriented abilities, with maturity and independence; immediate

Qualifications

• Graduate with Accounting/ Finance/ Business degree.
• At least 2-3 years relevant Accounting experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector preferred.
• Strong technical skills in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Good analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
• Good interpersonal skill
• Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and meticulous.
• Mature, independent, self-starter.
• Immediate available preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operation in account payable and receivable function.
• Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts with client & reinsurers.
• Investigate if any discrepancies within the reconciliation and follow up with respective units.
• Liaise with client manager to understand client’s needs and resolve accounting issues.
• Participate in UAT for system projects in relating to system enhancement if required.
• Assist managers on reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.
