Job summary

e-Job Agency Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Insurance Specialist (Corporate) to provide insurance proposals and follow-up services to corporate clients, handle policy renewals, develop new business, and respond to client inquiries.

You will support claims processing, prepare product comparison tables and marketing materials for the sales team, attend client meetings with senior managers, liaise with insurance companies, and enjoy a 5-day work week with a competitive salary and transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience or practical experience in the insurance industry.
• Japanese language ability (JLPT N2 or above) preferred, with experience supporting Japanese clients.
• Conversational proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 holders preferred; willingness to obtain after joining.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance proposals and follow‑up services to corporate clients.
• Handle policy renewals, new business development, and client inquiries.
• Support claims processing and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Prepare product comparison tables and marketing materials for the sales team.
• Attend client meetings and accompany senior managers on sales visits.
• Liaise and maintain communication with insurance companies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
