Job summary

Renrui Human Resources Technology (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to service and grow a portfolio of clients in Hong Kong's financial services sector. You will promote active trading, assist with onboarding new clients, and deliver investor education while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

The role requires a diploma or above, Cantonese fluency, and a proactive, sales-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with relevant work experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a client sales or service background in the finance or securities industry.
• Holder of an SFC Type 1 Licence or HKSI Paper 1
• Fluent in Cantonese, mandarin would be a plus.
• People person with strong learning agility, business negotiation skills, resource development capabilities, self-motivation, strong stress resistance, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Immediately available is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain existing clients while initiating and promoting active client trading.
• Handle the conversion and servicing of new clients, deliver investor education services, and assist clients in resolving investment issues.
• Acquire precise Hong Kong and US stock investment clients via local channels, and explore/expand overseas channel resources (e.g., online self-media, investment KOLs, and cross-industry collaborations).
• Maintain keen insight into financial market shifts, collect industry dynamics, and provide information support for strategic business decisions.
