Job summary

Renrui Human Resources Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading Hong Kong–based financial services plataforma offering global securities trading and wealth management solutions, is expanding its sales team for a new customer service centre. The role focuses on servicing existing clients, promoting active trading, onboarding new clients, and delivering investor education.

Cantonese fluency is essential, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with relevant work experience.
• Experience in client sales or service in finance/securities preferred.
• SFC Type 1 Licence or HKSI Paper 1 required.
• Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, learning agility, negotiation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain existing clients while initiating and promoting active client trading.
• Handle conversion and servicing of new clients, deliver investor education services, and assist clients in resolving investment issues.
• Acquire HK and US stock investment clients via local channels; explore overseas channels (online media, KOLs, cross-industry collaborations).
• Provide information support for strategic business decisions by monitoring market shifts.
