Job summary

Renrui HR client in Hong Kong seeks multiple Customer Relationship Managers to maintain relationships with existing clients and promote trading activities. Job description

Our client, a top financial group based in Hong Kong is currently looking for Customer Relationship Managers. The company is expanding exponentially and is looking to bring on multiple headcounts for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing professional client services, and actively promoting client engagement and trading activities.
• Develop and manage new client relationships, provide investor education and market guidance to new investors, and assist clients in resolving investment-related inquiries and issues.
• Acquire high-quality Hong Kong and US stock investors through collaboration with Hong Kong-based channels. Identify, develop, and maintain overseas business resources, including but not limited to online media platforms, investment KOLs, and cross-industry/offline partnership channels.
• Monitor financial market trends, stay updated on industry developments and market information, and provide valuable insights and data support for business strategy and decision-making.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least a year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese, with the ability to use Cantonese as the primary working language.
• Candidates with client acquisition, sales, or customer service experience in the finance, securities, or investment industry will be highly preferred.
• Strong learning capability, excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills with the ability to expand and maintain client resources.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Holder of SFC Type 1 License or HKSI Paper 1 qualification will be considered an advantage.
