Job summary

Golden Group Consulting Limited is seeking a client-facing coordinator in Hong Kong who will support domestic companies with business coordination and relationship management. You will handle client inquiries, maintain professional client interactions, and assist with ad-hoc tasks under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, 1+ years of customer service in financial institutions, and fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Preferably 1+ years of customer service experience in financial institutions.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Possession of Hong Kong Resident Identity Card.
• 5-day work.

Responsibilities
