Job summary

Bitget is seeking a role focused on trading support and user operations. You will assist diverse user segments across derivatives, US stocks, metals, and commodities, aiming to optimize the trading experience and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle.

You will bridge product, trading, and risk teams, gather feedback, and contribute to market analysis, guides, and educational content to improve retention and confidence.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly grasp trading logic and business mechanisms across derivatives, US equities, precious metals, and commodities.
• Proactive in solving problems and driving results with minimal supervision.
• Interest in understanding trader psychology and behavior to support operations.
• Basic data analysis to support segmentation, tracking, and decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Product, Marketing and Trading teams.

What you'll do

• Holistic Trading Support: Assist Retail, Institutional, and VIP users in optimizing their trading experience across derivatives, US stocks, precious metals, and commodities. Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the trading lifecycle.
• Feedback Loop & Issue Resolution: Serve as the bridge between users and internal teams (Product, Trading, Risk). Collect, track, and drive the closure of "bad cases" and user feedback to improve platform stability and UX.
• Market Insights & Content Creation: Monitor global market events (e.g., Earnings Season, FOMC, Geopolitical shifts) and collaborate with the Brand team to produce high-quality market analysis, trading guides, and educational content.
• User Education & Growth: Develop and execute user education initiatives to enhance traders’ understanding of complex financial instruments, thereby improving retention and trading confidence.
• Data-Driven Operations: Collaborate with the team to analyze user trading behavior, identify trends, and support daily operational tasks through data coordination.

What you'll need

• Fast Learner with Strong Market Sense: Ability to quickly grasp the trading logic and business mechanisms of derivatives, US equities, precious metals, and commodities.
• Execution Excellence: Strong sense of ownership and closure; proactive in solving problems and driving results without constant supervision.
• User-Centric Mindset: Basic experience in user operations or customer success, with a genuine interest in understanding trader psychology and behavior.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in basic data analysis to support user segmentation, behavior tracking, and operational decision-making.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to work seamlessly with Product, Marketing, and Trading teams.
