Job summary

Bitget is seeking a role focused on trading support and user operations. You will assist diverse user segments across derivatives, US stocks, metals, and commodities, aiming to optimize the trading experience and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle.

You will bridge product, trading, and risk teams, gather feedback, and contribute to market analysis, guides, and educational content to improve retention and confidence.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly grasp trading logic and business mechanisms across derivatives, US equities, precious metals, and commodities.
• Proactive in solving problems and driving results with minimal supervision.
• Interest in understanding trader psychology and behavior to support operations.
• Basic data analysis to support segmentation, tracking, and decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Product, Marketing and Trading teams.

Responsibilities

• Holistic Trading Support: assist Retail, Institutional, and VIP users across assets and optimize their trading experience.
• Feedback Loop & Issue Resolution: bridge between users and internal teams to close bad cases and improve UX.
• Market Insights & Content Creation: monitor global events and collaborate on market analysis and guides.
• User Education & Growth: develop education initiatives to improve understanding of complex instruments.
• Data-Driven Operations: analyze user behavior and support daily tasks through data coordination.
