Links International is seeking a Client Onboarding Assistant to support the Global Banking onboarding process in Hong Kong. The role welcomes recent graduates and focuses on coordinating client documentation and ensuring timely progress through the onboarding cycle.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Up to two years of experience in KYC, compliance, client onboarding, operations, or another client-facing role; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese; Japanese language skills will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Client-centric mindset with sound judgement and attention to detail; awareness of operational and regulatory risk.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under time pressure and take initiative to resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Sales Team to prioritise client onboarding requests and support delivery against timelines.
• Coordinate and drive client documentation and account-opening processes from initiation through to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout onboarding, providing clear status updates.
• Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk and Operations to resolve requirements.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks or risks, and elevate issues as needed.
• Support management of client queries with high service standards and accuracy.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, process tracking and presentation materials.
• Develop understanding of regulatory, jurisdictional and product-specific requirements in pre-execution onboarding.

Our client is a leading multinational bank with an established global presence. They are seeking a client-focused Client Onboarding Assistant to support the daily operations of their Global Banking business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales Team to prioritise client onboarding requests and support delivery against agreed timelines.
• Coordinate and drive client documentation and account-opening processes from initiation through to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey, providing clear and timely status updates.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk, and Operations, to resolve outstanding requirements.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks or risks, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Support the management of client queries while maintaining a high standard of service, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, process tracking, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Develop an understanding of relevant regulatory, jurisdictional, and product-specific requirements in the pre-execution onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
