Job summary

Sun Life Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Retention & Client Experience to drive client retention and loyalty initiatives. You will manage end-to-end programs and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to enhance client engagement.

The role requires strong knowledge of loyalty program operations, campaign execution and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, loyalty programs or client engagement.
• Experience in end-to-end campaign delivery and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Client program execution: manage day-to-day operations of client engagement programs.
• Vendor and reward management: coordinate sourcing, fulfillment and service delivery.
• Client experience and event delivery: design and run engagement activities and events.
• Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with IT, compliance, marketing, procurement and PM teams.
• Program monitoring and continuous improvement: track progress and optimize delivery.
