Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant marketing experience or program execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage day-to-day client engagement programs, including scheduling, communications, rewards setup, and ongoing activities.
• Manage external vendors and partners supporting reward sourcing, fulfillment and service delivery.
• Design and deliver client engagement activities and events across retention programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across client services, IT, compliance, marketing, procurement and project management.
• Monitor implementation progress, campaign performance and feedback; support reporting and continuous improvement.
