Wearehuman8 in Hong Kong SAR is seeking an Insight Manager to join the Client Teams department. The role manages quantitative, qualitative and community research projects under the supervision of senior researchers.

You will lead project design, fieldwork, analysis and client reporting, building cross‑department relationships and contributing to growth marketing and commercial management with a client‑facing focus.

Responsibilities

• Project ownership for multiple smaller research projects and support on larger strategic initiatives.
• Design the best approach to capture data and lead activity design with light direction from seniors.
• Oversee fieldwork as a confident moderator and evaluate survey progress.
• Analyze activity data and create client-ready reports with insights and recommendations.
• Translate client needs into project design and possible solutions, incorporating Culture Trends or crowdsourcing where relevant.
• Present findings to clients and participate in client workshops, with support from seniors.
• Manage client relationships and grow the client network across the accounts.
• Contribute to growth marketing and commercial management within the client teams.
