Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a role focused on conducting and supporting market research initiatives within the insurance sector in Hong Kong. You will transform data into actionable insights to support marketing and business strategies.

The position involves executing both quantitative and qualitative studies, analyzing trends, and delivering clear reports and dashboards to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing research (quantitative and/or qualitative).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of data-heavy work.
• Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented with accountability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects (customer studies, brand tracking, product research).
• Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor insights in insurance/financial services.
• Manage and process large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, and vendor management if applicable.
• Ensure high standards across all research deliverables and data integrity.
