Job summary

CATUG International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a scientifically adept Technical Support Specialist/Manager to join our R&D team. You will be embedded within R&D, translating client challenges into clear directions for scientists to enhance nucleic acid, LNP, and protein-based modalities.

You will work to design and optimize experiments, interpret client data, and help troubleshoot during project execution, while communicating effectively in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field, with a minimum of 1+ years' experience.
Alternatively, a Doctoral degree (PhD) in the above fields, which also requires a minimum of 1+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret client scientific data to define technical problems and R&D objectives.
Translate project goals and client requirements into actionable experimental plans, technical protocols, and development strategies for the R&D team.
Collaborate directly with R&D scientists in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting experiments and development processes.
Provide scientific expertise to help troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during project execution.
