Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure high-value BD opportunities and partnerships across Mainland China.
Connect with R&D leaders, decision-makers, and procurement teams in Chinese pharma actively developing antibodies and biologics.
Manage the BD lifecycle—from outreach and discovery meetings to deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
Leverage existing industry contacts to rapidly expand the company's pipeline and service agreements.
Monitor biopharma trends, pipeline shifts, and therapeutic demands to align offerings with market needs.
Partner with internal R&D, scientific support, and leadership to present tailored proposals and ensure post-award success.
Represent the company at key biopharma conferences, symposiums, and exhibitions across China.
