Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in biotech/drug discovery, a strong marketing mindset, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above, preferably in Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in biotechnology or drug discovery industries.
• Strong understanding and application of business design/design thinking for user-oriented solutions.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities for informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong marketing background with knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market analysis.
• Proactive, dynamic, mature with superior teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken English with good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to understand and refine product features and GTM strategies.
• Communicate project outcomes to non-scientific stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and develop sales materials.
• Promote products via online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Plan and run event-based campaigns across channels to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to meet objectives.
• Provide feedback to leadership based on stakeholder interactions and market insights.
• Report on product development, market trends, and business activities.
