Job summary

Sun Life Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing and Channel Communications professional to develop promotional materials, coordinate workshops and client seminars, and manage end-to-end event logistics. You will publish content across Sun Life platforms, support brokers and financial advisors, and ensure materials meet branding and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, product marketing, channel communications, training support, event management or sales-support functions.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese); Putonghua advantageous.
• Practical experience in preparing promotional materials and communication memos.

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional materials and training content for Agency and Broker channels.
• Coordinate workshops, roadshows, client seminars and on-site logistics.
• Publish product information through Sun Life channels and social media.
• Create seminar artwork and promotional collateral with internal or external teams.
• Participate in UAT for sales tools and assist user guides and launch communications.
• Assist in new product launches with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain records of materials, approvals and event documentation.
