Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 6–8 years in agency development, sales management, incentives or campaigns.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of agency campaigns and recognition programs.
• Coordinate communications, materials and digital communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI; propose improvements.
• Prepare reports and management-ready updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Organize events and MDRT culture development initiatives.
