Job summary

CICC 在香港招聘金融业务拓展岗位，负责协调部门业务需求，制定与公司整体业务策略一致的执行计划，基于现有客户群与市场环境，推动相关方案的落地实施，确保销售团队与运营部之间高效沟通、资源配置合理，提升业务协同与利润贡献。

职位要求本科及以上学历，金融、工商管理或相关专业优先；至少两年金融行业工作经验，具跨市场业务拓展、财富管理或金融科技经验者优先；具备优秀团队协作、抗压能力、严格的细节关注与风险合规意识；中英文流利，粤语优先，能够独立完成工作并在快节奏环境中保持高质量输出。

任职资格
