Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to drive digital project management, marketing and commercialization within the Personal Banking and Wealth Management footprint in Hong Kong.

The role requires 3-5 years in banking with proven experience in digital initiatives, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital programs. Fluency in English and Chinese is expected, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in banking or financial industry preferred.
• Proven experience in digital project management, digital marketing and digital commercialization.
• CFP/CFA/CFMP/PMP/ACP qualifications would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with ownership.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage.

• Leverage big data and AI to optimize customer experience and digital sales conversion rate.
• Assist in designing omni-channel customer contact strategy to optimize product offerings and propositions.
• Utilize latest martech tools to implement campaigns to maximize ROMI and business targets.
• Manage business and operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance across all activities.

Responsibilities

• Explore new Fintech, AI and digital marketing trends & technology and harness big data to identify business opportunities
• Support digital proposition development of the commercialization strategy and partnership strategy to drive new digital leads, content partnerships
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and commercialization projects from user requirements gathering, UXUI design, UAT to staff training and market launch plan
• Leverage big data and AI to optimize customer experience and uplift digital sales conversion rate
• Support the design and management of omni-channel customer contact strategy to optimize product offerings and customer propositions
• Leverage latest digital marketing tools and Martech to implement effective promotional campaigns to maximize the ROMI and drive business targets
• Manage business and operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policy across all areas of work

Requirements

• University degree or above in any disciplines with 3-5 years working experience in banking or financial industry is preferred
• Proven experience in digital project management, digital marketing and digital commercialization
• Professional qualification of CFP/ CFA/ CFMP/ PMP/ ACP would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation capability
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with great sense of ownership and responsibility to the assigned task.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage
