Job summary

King Power Duty Free Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced retail professional to deliver world class client service in a luxury watches environment. You will engage clients, showcase brand history and product details, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and inventory controls.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong language skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast paced boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in luxury watches.
• Strong drive for business results with a positive teamwork attitude.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service and professional selling techniques.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
