Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a site administrator to provide full support on site administrative tasks and document control.

You will handle filing, archiving, data entry, and maintain the document control process, with attention to detail and communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Qualification in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a site based environment for a contractor is an advantage
• Attention to details and good communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Provide full support in site administration
• Responsible for day-to-day duties in filing, archiving, data entry
• Maintain document control process including coordination, monitoring and controlling the movement of project documents on site
• Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualification in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent or above

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in using relevant Document Control Management System is preferred

Familiar in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) and general computer knowledge

Experience in a site based environment for a contractor is an advantage

Attention to details and good communication skills

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
