Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in building studies or related disciplines (HK polytechnic/university or equivalent).
• Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in Chinese and English Language (HKDSEE/HKCEE) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Examining application forms and supporting documents, checking accuracy and completeness of information.
• Collecting supplementary information, conducting fact-checking and cross-checking relevant records and documents.
• Reviewing plans, technical documents, certification or assessment reports and other supporting records.
• Carrying out site inspections and other technical checks.
• Preparing technical comments, case records, summaries, reports, correspondence and related statistics.
• Performing other associated technical and case-processing duties.

Education
