Job summary

A recruitment agency in Hong Kong is seeking a Site Engineer / Site Agent to assist in preparing designs, attend site meetings, and supervise work. Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 7 years' experience in construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare temporary works design, method statement, and advise in construction operational matters
• Attend regular site meetings, identify potential engineering problems with recommended solution
• Supervise and/or carry out inspection of works and material in according to approved plans
• Prepare master programme, reports, and sketches on technical matters
• Monitor site progresses and prepare site progress report
• Liaise with Architect/Client/Consultant and sub-contractors for technical matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• Member of HKIE or ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers)
• Minimum 7 years experience in construction work project
• Experience in New Engineering Contract (NEC) will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership skill, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill
