Job summary

Hop Lee Builders Company Limited is recruiting a seasoned engineer to lead structural analysis and temporary works design across project phases. You will prepare method statements, shop drawings and address technical matters with a range of stakeholders, including architects and sub-contractors, while ensuring quality compliance.

The role requires a Civil/Structural background with at least eight years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil / Construction Engineering / Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers is an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Independent, responsible, analytical and well-organized with good interpersonal skills.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Carry out overall structural analysis & design of temporary works during all phases of projects.
• Participate in the preparation of method statements, shop drawings and other technical related matters.
