Experience or knowledge of CAD or BIM or other drawing software preferred.
Basic knowledge of site inspections and reviewing architectural/building materials preferred.
Proficient in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Check application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Collect and verify additional information, records and documents when needed.
Review plans, technical documents, certificates and reports.
Conduct site inspections, prepare reports/statistics, and handle other related technical duties
