Job summary

香港家庭福利會 HONG KONG FAMILY WELFARE SOCIETY is seeking a capable leader to head the service team, overseeing planning, promotion, coordination, daily operation, service evaluation and quality assurance of the service.

The role involves arranging service matching for pre-primary children, conducting safety assessments and training for volunteers, and conducting regular publicity programs while liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective inter/intra coordination and communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, with at least 3 years’ working experience in child care service.
• Having a strong demonstrated passion in working with families and children in need.
• Experience in center-based child care service and parent work is an advantage.
• Safety assessment and training for volunteers.
• Strong liaison with stakeholders and ability to manage inter/intra coordination and communication.
