Responsibilities

• Report to the Director and lead the project teams in Hong Kong
• Manage the complete project cycle to ensure project execution within budget and time constraints. Perform leadership on project management and management of project delivery to meet client’s needs
• Maintain influential relationship with clients, project stakeholders, and end‑users
• Support business development and project team development

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management disciplines
• Membership of relevant professional institution(s)
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at a major role of project management team
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for position of Senior Project Manager
• Familiar with project management processes, systems and tools
• Creative, self‑motivated with excellent interpersonal and influencing communication skills
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
