• Integrate the industry’s leading approaches to help clients achieve their sustainability objectives, including but not limited to decarbonization, climate resilience, smart city / digital / AI implementation.
• Conduct scientific and quantitative assessments to assess solutions and pathways to achieve sustainability objectives.
• Research innovative technologies and link them with traditional industries such as construction and supply chain.
• Be practical and able to suggest design / advisory recommendations that are implementable in our clients’ industries.
• Strong quantitative and computational background is essential for some streams. Full stack development skillset and experience is a plus.
• Good language, presentation skills, business acumen and life-learning attitude are essential.

Is this role right for you?

Candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered for the position of "Engineer".

• Master / Bachelor degree or above in Engineering with good quantitative and computational skills.
• Strong Engineering Software Skills such as CAD, BIM, Grasshopper.
• Understanding of full cycle engineering design to construction.

Candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered for the position of "Scientist".

• PhD / Master / Bachelor Degree in Physical Science (e.g. Physics, Meteorology, Hydrology).
• Strong quantitative computational skills with experience as a model developer.

Core Skills

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese / Mandarin.
• Strong research and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-driven.
