Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with the leadership team and design scalable people strategies that align with rapid growth. The role focuses on performance management, talent development, L&D, and organisational design to advance business objectives.

The successful candidate will champion culture while building leadership pipelines, HiPo programs, and clear career pathways.

Qualifications

12+ years in People/HR leadership roles.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on talent development, organisational development and people transformation.
Proven track record designing scalable programs (HiPo development, leadership pipelines).
Fluent in English with Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and execute forward-looking, scalable people strategies aligned with business growth.
Drive initiatives across performance management, talent development, L&D, and organisational design.
Act as a trusted people advisor to senior leaders, challenging thinking and shaping talent decisions.
Preserve and scale culture while identifying and amplifying top DNA in performers.
Build clear career pathways and succession plans to provide long-term employee vision.
Lead and mentor a small HR team covering C&B, recruitment, learning and operations.
Travel regularly to other offices to ensure consistency and support the employee experience.
