Job summary

HSITP Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park seeks an Associate Director, Supercomputing Center to lead strategy, operations, safety, reliability, and financial performance of critical data center infrastructure across HK and Shenzhen.

You will own multi-site P&L, drive 3-5 year capacity roadmaps, oversee EPC/installation, DCIM deployment, ESG targets, and cross-border partnerships while ensuring uptime for R&D and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Formulate 3–5 year data/supercomputing capacity roadmap aligned with HSITP priorities.
• Own the data center department’s P&L: OpEx, CapEx, ROI tracking, rack capacity and revenue forecasting.
