Job summary

DJRecruit Asia is seeking a CTO to lead the technical execution of our agentic AI platform. You will own the reliability and scalability of LLM-powered agent systems while building a high-performance engineering organization to support rapid business growth.

Collaborating with the CEO, you will set the technical strategy and product vision, transition research into production-grade systems, and architect the core AI infrastructure with robust reliability and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with significant people management and technical leadership.
• Experience leading engineering teams in large tech companies or high-growth startups.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG architectures, and production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale engineering and product organization.
• Present technical strategy and product vision to investors and stakeholders alongside CEO.
• Transition LLM-based agentic AI systems from development to production-grade platforms at scale.
• Architect and continuously improve core AI agent infrastructure.
• Drive system design and technical strategy.
• Establish engineering best practices, reliability standards, and scalable processes.
