You will partner with the Founder & CEO, drive architectural decisions, and build autonomous, multi-region teams to deliver scalable solutions while aligning engineering with revenue and customer success goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with executive leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and translating technical strategy to business outcomes.
• Strong background in production AI, LLMs, and enterprise-grade architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the platform.
• Lead, scale, and mentor a distributed, multi-region engineering organization.
• Drive production AI strategy with reliable LLM and agentic workflows and strict guardrails.
