Job summary
nahc.io is seeking a visionary CTO to lead its global engineering org from Hong Kong. You will own the technical vision, platform architecture, and real-time multi-channel AI ecosystems as the company scales to enterprise customers.
You will guide a distributed, multi-region team, drive production AI strategy with robust guardrails, and align engineering roadmaps with revenue and GTM priorities, while maintaining reliability and security across the stack.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with final technical decision-maker responsibilities.
- Experience partnering with CEOs, with strong communication to defend technical strategies.
- Deep production AI experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
- Hands-on approach to architecture, debugging, and whiteboard sessions.
- Strong product and commercial acumen, linking engineering to KPIs.
- Proven success building and retaining distributed engineering teams with reliability metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
- Partner with the Founder & CEO to drive architectural decisions.
- Lead a distributed, multi-region engineering org and reduce key-person risk.
- Drive production AI strategy with rigorous evaluation and guardrails.
- Bridge engineering priorities with revenue, retention, and GTM goals.
- Implement enterprise-grade reliability, security, and performance standards.
