Job summary

DJRecruit Asia seeks a Senior System Assurance Expert to lead design and deployment of autonomous AI agents across global payment systems. You will ensure data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and jurisdiction-aware controls are embedded into architectures.

Qualifications include hands-on AI agent frameworks, strong multi-region experience, and policy-as-code expertise. You will collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to evolve the AI-native platform.

Qualifications

• AI agent engineering experience with AI agents, LLM apps, or autonomous workflows.
• Hands-on with AI agent frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Strong understanding of RAG, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, and agent evaluation metrics.
• Data privacy laws and localization mandates: GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPL, CLOUD Act, DORA.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into policy-as-code or AI workflows.
• Experience building AI solutions for cybersecurity, compliance, or risk in finance.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Assurance: design and develop AI agents for security, compliance, or infrastructure assurance.
• Continuous Monitoring: build AI-driven workflows for cross-border data access, processing and transfers.
• Policy Translation: convert legal requirements into machine-readable policies and AI-executable controls.
• Risk Remediation: develop agents that detect and remediate compliance risks in real time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Eng, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Infra teams.
• Automated Evidence Generation: produce regulator-ready artifacts and audit trails.
• Platform Evolution: contribute to the next-gen AI-native System Assurance Platform.
• Deliver a real-time global data assurance map and cross-border data control framework.
