Job summary

FRITES - Belgium on Tap is a Belgian beerhouse restaurant in Hong Kong. We are seeking motivated kitchen staff to prepare, cook, and plate dishes to our standards.

You will assist with setting up utensils and equipment, maintain strict food hygiene, and support the sous and head chefs during daily service. We require 1–3 years of western cuisine experience, or at least 2 years in related roles, and valid HK working rights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of western cuisine experience preferred
• At least 2 years related experience
• Must have full working rights for Hong Kong

Responsibilities
