Job summary

Nagara AMK PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking hospitality-minded staff to maintain hygiene and assist with inventory in the kitchen. You will collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations and follow all SOPs to ensure high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen, and dining equipment to meet food safety standards
• Ensure food preparation and handling comply with hygiene and quality standards
• Assist in conducting stock takes, organizing storage, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service crew to support daily operations
• Follow roster schedules including weekends and Public Holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Communicate effectively in English to support teamwork and operational coordination
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Thai is an advantage as it supports communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders and Thai-speaking co-workers
• Previous experience in kitchen service
